Mindfulness Mentorship

Strengthening your spirit, your practice, and your influence on the world.
Group of White Flowers

Mindfulness Mentors help participants to transfer knowledge into action – to help practitioners build a personal mindfulness meditation practice. They offer participants guidance, tools, and techniques to address aspects of both personal and professional development. Those tools and techniques can include skill building, goal setting, and navigating the challenges of the fast-paced world we live in.

Mindfulness Meditation Mentorship is designed to offer the participant a longer-term safe space to share ideas with Annamarie, a trained Mindfulness Meditation Mentor, which will allow the participant the opportunity to grow as a person and to strengthen their own mindfulness meditation practices.  Participants often find that a Mindfulness Meditation Mentor is someone they can talk freely and safely with about any number of topics, allowing them to feel less alone while being supported through skill building, growth, and self-acceptance.

In a mentor relationship, we will share mindfulness-based techniques, breathing exercises, and opportunities to look deeper as observers of the thoughts, feelings, and fears being experienced without self-judgement to enable participants to cultivate a deeper understanding and acceptance of who they are.

The Mentor relationship can take place in a group setting or one-on-one. Group mentorship classes will occur once per month and will begin in January 2025. Registration for individual mentorship (one-on-one with Annamarie) will begin in in November 2025. Further details about registration and participant expectations for both group and individual mentorship classes will be found on the Events page.
