At Fox Ridge Wisdom Community we make every effort to ensure that anyone can access the teachings and ongoing support provided. You'll find a contact form on our services page where you can email us and let us know how we might serve you better.
Whenever you register for any of our services, you will be asked to sign a “Community Agreement” holding all of us accountable to encourage respectful participation, practice mindful listening, exercise confidentiality at all times, and to know you have the ‘right to pass’ which simply means that each participant has the right not to speak or share if they don’t wish to. We are committed to ensuring you feel safe and able to participate in a way that is comfortable for you.

Compassionate guidance for spiritual seekers.
Let me introduce myself. I am Annamarie Fuchs, the owner of the Fox Ridge Community, an internationally accredited Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and certified Mindfulness Mentor.
With nearly 40 years in health care, I began my journey in clinical practice, supporting patients and families experiencing life limiting illness as they transitioned through life’s most profound stages of illness, loss, and grief. Later, I served as a health care leader, consultant, and educator.
In 2010, a deeply personal and years' long “dark night of the soul” reshaped my life, leading me to begin engaging in my own practice of mindfulness meditation and contemplation.
With 10 years of personal practice and growth and having completed many courses in Mindfulness Meditation, Mentorship, and more, I am dedicated to guiding others toward growing in compassion, gratitude, wisdom, and presence.

Community Stories
I recently had the wonderful opportunity to participate in a half day session with Annamarie, along with a couple of friends/colleagues. I found the experience to be educative, enlightening and deeply meaningful.
First, Annamarie grounded the session in the science and evidence behind meditation and mindfulness; second, she identified various forms of meditation and mindfulness and then she invited us to participate in the practice of meditation. As someone who has at times tried, but not had great success with, meditation, I responded exceptionally well to Annamarie's thoughtful, graceful and practical approach to meditation. I found myself being able, through her excellent guidance, to really let go and experience the calm and restorative aspect of meditation, really for the first time ever. I was amazed at both how quickly time passed while Annamarie was guiding our meditation as well as how refreshed and re-energized I felt afterwards. We shared some of our experiences of the meditation with each other in a very positive and supportive context. I found this open sharing to be really interesting on the one hand, and an excellent self-reflective exercise on the other.
I so enjoyed this half day and can't recommend Annamarie's session highly enough. I very much look forward to taking additional sessions with her and continuing on a journey I feel she helped me to set out on.
