Mindfulness Practice Self-Care

Monthly Topic-based Mindfulness Meditation Class

Service Description

Once a month, a specific topic will be explore in detail that may enable you to focus on ways to strengthen your mindfulness meditation practice and to ask questions. The class will be 45 minutes with a 30 minute talk an 15 minutes for questions and exploration at the end. This class is free but to participate, you will need to email foxridgewisdom@outlook.com to obtain the MS Teams link and to receive a brief description of our "Community Practice Guidelines." Classes start on Sunday February 8 at 7:00 pm
