10-Week Mindfulness Meditation Fundamentals

Service Description
This workshop, runs from April 7 to June 2 from 7pm to 8pm. The training is designed to strengthen and deepen your understanding of mindfulness meditation practices and allow for in-depth practice, questions, and for personal and spiritual growth. While it is nice to have some experience with mindfulness meditation, contemplative practice, centering prayer, or other similar forms of meditation, beginners are also welcome. This course is delivered entirely on-line so to register, please email foxridgewisdom@outlook.com. We will provide you with a registration form, a link to the MS Teams schedule, a copy of our Community Practice Guidelines, and a downloadable pdf work book.
