Meditation Mondays
Join us for an hour of free guided meditation practice on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.

Service Description
We will discuss some common tips for strengthening your meditation practice and provide a brief introduction into the 20 mindfulness meditation practice we will be participating in. Following the practice, there will be an opportunity for questions or discussion. Beginners or more experienced practitioners are welcome. If you'd like to participate, you'll need to email foxridgewisdom@outlook.com to receive the link to MS Teams, and a brief document outlining our "Guidelines for Mindful Dialogue." The first Meditation Monday starts on January 12 at 7:00 pm
