Service Description
This is a 5 week workshop, delivered entirely online where you will be introduced to the basic and core principles and practices of Mindfulness Meditation where we discuss its history and the science backed benefits. In each class you'll practice mindful breathing and over the 5 weeks you'll be introduced slowly to mindfulness meditation practices. By the end of the 5 week workshop, you'll be familiar with a number of different mindfulness meditation practices and will have the tools you need to create a practice that works for you.
